We visited this restaurant several times during our holiday in Lisbon, and every visit was excellent. We were a group of 10 people, and our table was always beautifully prepared. The service was outstanding – the staff were attentive, regularly refilled our glasses, and were always quick to come to the table whenever we needed anything. The food was consistently excellent on all three visits. Every dish was served hot, and all meals arrived at the same time, even for our large group. We tried both the pizzas and the pasta, and everything was full of flavor, generously topped, and perfectly cooked. The white sangria is definitely worth trying! Overall, a fantastic restaurant with amazing food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. We would happily come back and highly recommend it. ~ Aishia-Jo K

La Villa is an absolute gem located in a peaceful park at the top of one of Lisbon’s many hills. It’s a hike to get there from Avenue Liberdade, but 100% worth the effort. We came around 5:30 for dinner and were pleased to find out that we could sit and eat right away. The service was excellent, very polished and professional, and the food was absolutely delicious. I can’t remember having such a delicious meal with such good service at such a reasonable price. There are options to sit inside or outside, we chose to sit outside since it was a beautiful day. There’s very little traffic near the park, so it was a peaceful and relaxing setting to eat. On the way back to our hotel we wandered into Jardim do Torel and were treated to an unexpectedly stunning view of Lisbon and the Tagus River. ~ Ed M

One of our hotel receptionists recommended this place for their Italian food and their wine, and it was great! There are a ton of wine options (mostly by the bottle just as a heads up) and ours was so good. For dinner, I had the grilled snapper with a side of gluten free noodles and I seriously loved it! I can't eat gluten (non celiac gluten intolerance) or dairy and our waitress was so helpful and kind while I was trying to figure out what to order. I was surprised to hear that they had gluten free noodles available (they just take slightly longer to prepare), and even with just olive oil and garlic they were so good! I would go here again great find. (Also shout out to our amazing server! I believe her name was Minissa sorry if I spelled it wrong!) ~ Kate
